1. INTRODUCTION

The contribution will be reproduced by Camera-Ready-Form from author’s manuscript. The manuscript should be typed usinf LATEX precessing system (Roman 12 pt size) and must remail legible after 20 percent reduction. The title of the manuscript should be typed in bold 16cpi size of the same font type, while the reference section should be in 10pr size. Manuscripts ( one original and two copies, maximum 25 pages) can be submitted to the MANAGING EDITOR or to any one of the members of the Editorial Board. Manuscript should be in English and typed 1.25 spaced, 6 inches width (margins 1.25 on left and right) and 9.5 inches deep (margins .75 on top and bottom) of 8.5X11 (or 8.5X14 ) (or A4-format) white paper. Do not type page numbers. Use pencil to write page numbers on top right corners.

Authors are cordially invited to submit papers in triplicate to a member of the Editorial Board. Manuscript submitted to this journal will be considered for publication with the understanding that the same work has not been published and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

After the acceptance of the paper for publication, the authors are obligated to submit the source file copied on two 1.44 MB, DOS-Formatted, 3.5" diskettes.

2. SECTIONS AND SUBSECTIONS

Titles of all principal SECTIONS, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, AND APPENDICES should be typed centered capitalized bold in the same font as the manuscript. Appendices should follow REFERENCES and should be indexed (A, B,...) or enumerated ( 1,2,...).

3. TEXT

Paragraphs should have 0.3 inch indent. Reference citation should be typed in the text as follows: Ackley et al., [1], Hebb [2] and Rubner and Schulten [3]. All acknowledgments should go in the special section, which follows the text but precedes the references.

4. Figures

All figure appearing at the text should be prepared and included as Postscript (PS) files, and enclosed with the LATEX-source file on the diskettes.
