Authors of contributed and invited papers are requested to submit, before March 31, 2006, an article not exceeding 6 pages of their research presentation (each additional page costs US$50.00 per page). Please type each article single spaced in typed area 6"X9".

Registration includes copy of the Proceedings, Banquet and Coffee & Snacks during the meeting. The publication in the conference proceedings of the papers submitted to the conference is subject to submitting the paper before the deadline, acceptance of the paper and pre-registration of one of the authors of each article before April 30, 2006.
